Hello Ken

I wanted to drop you a line about todays adventure.

First things first, Jaime and I had a little girl about 5 weeks ago. I've been itchin' ever since to get her out in a canoe. I think that my whitewater kayak addiction might take a few blows now that I'm a family man, but there is always the canoe, right? We've tried to get out in the canoe on a few occasions, but with the birth comes the visitors and the lack of time, so today was our first day out.

Today was a beautiful sunny day and we went up the Nasis Stream and found a tire to remove. We actually found 3 but only pulled in 1. We had to find excuses for future trips!

I'm a little embarrassed to say that this is the first report of the summer from me but I did mention about my whitewater addiction kayak, right? I have actually taken a few tires out of a few rivers this year but we were camera-less at the time.

Anyways, I'm forwarding you a few photos of Jenna Rynn Campbell's first tire pulled from a NB stream, 5 weeks into life. I know I can't fool you - I pulled the tire out but she was indeed present and the whole fam damily had a great first day as a family on the water.

Cheers

Ian
